Refund Policy

The table below outlines the scenarios under which a refund may be applicable. The listed amounts represent the portion that Abu Dhabi Biobank (ADBB) will retain or charge, after deducting any applicable refund. In cases where the retention amount exceeds the amount already paid by the client, the client is liable to pay the remaining balance to ADBB.

Definitions:

Retained – ADBB shall retain the stated amount.
Payable – Amount due to be paid by ADBB to the client as a refund.

Any scenarios not explicitly covered in this policy shall be assessed and decided by ADBB on a case-by-case basis.
