Subject to the relevant authority approval as well as your informed consent, data taken from your samples may be linked with your health data, as contained in your personal medical records, to create a unique consolidated de-identified dataset which will be explored for research and development purposes. This de-identified data will be accessed by researchers, scientists and healthcare professionals for research and development purposes or for additional testing purposes.
  • Exercising or protecting rights: We may use your personal information to exercise or protect our legal rights, or the rights of you or a third party, where it is necessary to do so, for example, to detect, prevent, and respond to intellectual property infringement claims or violations of law.

How we protect your information

How long do we retain and keep your information

We retain your information in our server logs, our databases, and our records for as long as necessary to provide the services.
